SprkForge LLC ("we," "us," "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy & Data Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

When you use SprkForge LLC, you may choose to share:

• Contact information such as your username and email address.
• Project details or creative ideas (Sprks) you post to connect with Makers.
• Maker profiles, portfolio links, or social media links you provide to showcase your work.
• Messages or communications you send to other users through the Platform's in-app messaging system.
• Commission agreement terms you submit through the Finalize Agreement feature, including item description, price, timeline, shipping preferences, and any additional notes.
• Commission status updates you submit through the Platform (e.g., In Progress, Delivered, Complete).

b. Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect limited technical data such as browser type, device type, and general usage analytics. We do not collect sensitive personal information, financial data, or precise location data in the beta version.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate and maintain the Platform.
• Facilitate connections between Customers and Makers.
• Deliver in-app messages between users.
• Store and display commission agreement terms and status to the parties involved in a conversation.
• Display commission tracking information in your Sprk Studio dashboard.
• Communicate with you about your account or updates.
• Improve site features and user experience.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. Sharing of Information

We only share data when necessary to operate the Platform. Specifically:

• In-app messages are visible to the sender and recipient of each conversation only.
• Commission agreement terms (submitted through the Finalize Agreement feature) are stored and visible to both parties in the relevant conversation.
• Commission status updates are visible to both parties involved in the agreement.
• Maker profiles and Sprk posts are visible to all users of the Platform.

We may use trusted third-party providers (e.g., hosting or email services) who are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

4. Messages & Agreement Data

When you use the Platform's in-app messaging system or Finalize Agreement feature, the content of those communications is stored on SprkForge LLC servers. This storage is necessary to deliver messages in real time and to maintain a record of agreed-upon commission terms for both parties.

Users may choose to share personal information — including shipping addresses or other contact details — directly through the in-app messaging system. Any such information is stored as part of the message content on SprkForge LLC servers and is subject to the same protections as all other message data.

SprkForge LLC does not sell or share message content or agreement data with third parties outside of what is required to operate the Platform. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no online service is completely secure, and you use SprkForge LLC at your own risk.

6. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data — including messages and commission agreement records — or opt out of non-essential communications, by contacting us at sprkforge@gmail.com

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to operate the Platform or comply with legal requirements. This includes messages and commission agreement data associated with your account. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

SprkForge LLC is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn we have, we'll delete it promptly.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. When we do, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date and post the new version on our site.
